As we assess what needs to be included in our restoration plan, the most important thing to be restored is probably the truth.
If we don’t know our history and don’t learn from our mistakes, we will repeat the cycle that has led us to our predicaments.
Knowing our true history is one of the keys to our everlasting liberation.
First, why would our history be falsified?
To answer this question we need first to observe that the people are divided into 2 classes. The dominant class, the rulers who have acquired power, wealth, and privileges. And the dominated or domesticated class. The ones who are ruled by the dominant class and serve their interests.
Our history is the story of those two classes conspiring against each other. One, a ruling elite, who conspires to maintain or acquire more power, wealth, and privileges. And the other one, the ruled who conspire to gain more freedom and equality.
Our history is told by our rulers. It would be very naive to believe that all that they tell us is true.
It is easy to understand that it would be counter to their interest to tell us how they conspire against the people and keep them ignorant, divided, and afraid to assert their power.
The history they told us cannot be true.
Remember the time when our rulers seeking legitimacy made us believe they were God’s chosen. The illusion didn’t stand up to the age of literacy.
Today they tell us they are the choice of the people. Could it be another illusion?
There is no reason to believe them today more than yesterday. Because they lie to us by necessity. Because to be able to live as privileged masters being served by people who aspire to freedom and equality, you need to either enslave them by force or domesticate them, that is format them to willingly accept their condition. For that, they need to make you believe they have the right to have more than you, to have power over you, the right to tell you what to do and not to do. They need to lie and deceive to create an illusion of legitimacy for people to willingly surrender their power and sovereignty. And they very well know that people will willingly do that in a situation of danger. People will unite together behind those who will offer them protection or an illusion of security. Hence the lie that there is always a danger. Hence the lie to create always an enemy. Hence their strategy to keep us ignorant, divided, and afraid. Ignorant of their lies and divided to be afraid of each other.
The powerful who can control what we read, what we see, what we learn, have all the means and the good reasons to lie to assert their power, to have people relinquish their sovereignty and keep them powerless.
Once we recognize we may have been lied to, how do we find the truth?
We can find the truth from those who know it.
And how do we know they know the truth?
From the proofs or the evidence they present.
The very condensed version of the history that is presented here comes from a source that the original founders of this assembly have judged sufficiently credible and reliable. Without having been presented with undeniable proofs yet, it has taken them many months of study before being able to trust their sources. For those who don’t have the time and the dedication required to investigate, the truth will inevitably become apparent very soon once some predicted events or deeds materialize. However, it will be regrettable to wait for proof before getting involved in something that is fundamentally beneficial for your community.
Understand it is not necessary to believe the version of history that follows to participate in the de jure Assembly or a Committee. The nature and the purpose of the Assembly is in itself worthy and necessary for governance by and for the people. The following revelations are only useful to those who wish to understand what made possible the financial empowerment of the Assembly.

Human beings on Earth have been visited by and have interacted with beings from other planets.
Some of those beings have settled on earth and have been living among humans or separate from them in deep underground facilities. Since they were born, grew, and lived on earth, they are not extra-terrestrials and we can call them “others” until we find a better name. They need to be given the same rights and respect to inhabit the earth as a native community would give to descendants of migrants.
Some of the beings from space or some of the “others” who interacted with humans were technologically more advanced and were admired as gods. Some of their interactions have been reported in many religious scriptures, myths, or legends.
They even have had offspring with humans
Some of the descendants became our monarchs.
Highly advanced technology by other beings was made available to their descendants or to some chosen humans. Those who controlled this technology became the rulers of the rulers.
Amongst this technology is what we could call an artificial intelligence but with capacities far beyond what we have today.
For example, some AI can map (locate, identify, describe) all living and non-living systems and make predictions. One could know the probability of an outcome following a specific action. This could give tremendous power to those who had access to it.
The access to alien advanced technologies was very exclusive. The technologies were guarded by religious orders or secret societies who developed some cult culture, rituals, and mysticism around it.
Above the top of the visible part of our power structures, that is above our governments, our monarchs, our institutions (financial, military, religious…) was another global power structure made of several layers and controlled by a very small hegemonic group of people.
People were kept completely ignorant of this invisible power structure that we call the deep state. The names, the identities of the true rulers of the deep state have never been made public. Those we know and regard as the most powerful, and that includes the most powerful families, are the minions of the deep state. They have been serving the deep state and obeying orders all along.
In recent history, an alien technology controlled by the very head of the deep state was used to run the global financial system, the global intelligence and military agencies, and many other services. All assets below and above the surface of the earth were mapped and recorded in a repository, the Global Repository. They have been used to back the issuance of all world currencies. We have been running with an asset-based financial system without our knowledge, and most certainly without the knowledge of those we thought were in charge.
Now let’s call this alien technology the back system. The back system is operating above all the central banks and can authorize or invalidate money transfers, the convertibility of bonds into cash, and most importantly the creation of new money. No central bank can cash bonds or create money without the approval of the ones controlling the back system, the only system able to issue the serial number attached to every currency or financial instrument and which gives its validity. No bank in the world can accept money without this unique number attached to it. It includes all banknotes and all the digital money in bank accounts.
Similar levels of control have been applied to intelligence and military agencies. All the intelligence agencies who direct and finance all the mercenary, paramilitary and terrorist groups, all the military in the world are controlled by the same global structure. No terrorist group, no army, no war. no revolution, no peace, no treaty can be financed or operate without the supervision of the deep state acting as a shadow world government.
The show or the theatre of war is controlled from the start to the end. The winners and the losers are decided beforehand.
Being civilian, religious, or military, all positions of power above a certain level on both sides of the spectrum have to be vetted by the deep state. They can be recruited within secret societies for their level of submission and compliance and they will endure intimidation, blackmail, bribery, murder if they deviate from their obligations.
The financial, the political, the religious, the military, the intelligence but also the judiciary, the media, every branch of the power structure in every country of the world is compromised and answer to the deep state.
However, in 2012, an event has occurred that will change profoundly the way the back system and therefore the operations of the deep state were run. Kimberley Ann Goguen (Kim), a simple American citizen in her early forties was selected and identified by the back system to run it. The advanced technology was programmed to recognize a particular type of individuals as its operators.
When in 2016 all the three individuals who supervised and taught her had died, she ended up being the only one left at the helm of the back system with the highest security clearance.
The back system that was used by mostly evil people to centralize, control and enslave, was now in the service of one person with the most worthy intentions. This was an awkward situation. A benevolent person at the head of a power structure whose members have been compartmentalized, made ignorant and submissive, and ordered to implement a malevolent agenda. Kim refused to finance their wars and their black budgets increasingly starving the deep state of financial resources.
For the deep state who still controls the front system, that is the visible part of the financial, intelligence and military system that we know, the back system has been hacked and the deep state fights to recover it.
However, the balance of power is by design in favor of the controller of the back system: Kim who has received the support of the most technologically advanced part of the global military and enforcement units. Thanks to the back system she controls and the technological and military support she received from the others who have rallied her, she has the upper hand. However, the deep state controlled governments and institutions are still forbidden or unwilling to cooperate.
After all attempts to negotiate failed, Kim had no other choice than to bypass the governments, whose budgets she is supposed to validate and finance, to directly reach the people who will make much better use of the money.
That is when the Assemblies come into the scene. Kim needs the people to organize themselves in self-governance and become collectively responsible for their own affairs. The Assemblies would need to be recognized by the back system as the new sovereign entity duly authorized to access the funds previously allocated to the corresponding government body. This would need to be done at every level of governance, from the shire or the county to the state and the country.
We call the process of recognition of the Assemblies’ sovereignty by the back system, the ratification.
For the sake of their centralized power, the previous controllers of the back system have put in place a procedure of validation for every law, every treaty, and everything that needs to be officially registered in every country. To be validated, a law or a treaty must first be registered through the back system in the Hall of Records before it is registered in the national archives of a country and made public. Only after this process is a law or a treaty activated.
The ratification of an Assembly is its registration in the Hall of Records. It is like the activation of its sovereignty for the back system. Understand that it is the recognition by the back system of the sovereignty of an Assembly that will enable it to be the rightful owner of its assets and to create the funds necessary to exercise its sovereignty.
The process can be reversed. By canceling the registration of an entity in the Hall of Records, the back system cancels its funding. That is what Kim has done for the UN and WHO which have been replaced by the GPRC (the Global Peace and Restoration Consortium of member states) and the GHWC (the Global Health and Wellness Consortium). They can no more be funded through the back system as before. But the GPRC and GHWC now can.
That’s how Kim removed the bank status of the federal reserve, the world bank, and the IMF. These institutions can no longer operate as a bank, the back system being necessary for their banking operations.
As Kim, the controller of the back system is progressively defunding or blocking the deep state-controlled governments and corporations, the Assemblies need to rise to fill the vacuum.
The sooner the ratification, the sooner the restoration plan starts and the less suffering for the people.
We are in the middle of a war. The deep state, the elite, against the people. Things are developing at an accelerated rate.
